Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned C++ Developer to join our high-performance engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining complex desktop and embedded applications that serve as the backbone of our product suite.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers, to translate intricate business requirements into seamless, high-performance software solutions.

By leveraging modern C++ standards and advanced GUI frameworks, you will directly influence the end-user experience, ensuring our platforms remain scalable, responsive, and industry-leading in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust, scalable software components using C++11 and beyond to ensure high-performance execution across our product ecosystem.

- Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces by integrating Qt and QML, enhancing the overall usability and engagement for our global customer base.

- Optimize existing codebases and resolve complex technical bottlenecks to improve application stability and reduce latency for end-users.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and project roadmaps, ensuring that software deliverables align with overarching business objectives.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence and adherence to best practices within the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing complex software applications using C++ and C++11, with a deep understanding of memory management, multi-threading, and object-oriented design patterns.

- Proven ability to build sophisticated, cross-platform graphical user interfaces utilizing the Qt framework and QML to deliver high-quality visual experiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of debugging complex system issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a hybrid team structure in Bangalore.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, complemented by 5 - 6 years of professional experience in software development.

- High adaptability to evolving project requirements and a proactive approach to learning new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in software engineering.
