We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate C++ Developer to design, build, and enhance ultra-low latency and high-throughput trading systems. This role requires strong expertise in modern C++ development, performance optimization, and real-time data processing.

The C++ Developer will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions aligned with business expansion and evolving client requirements.

Skills / Experience Required

Essential skills:

710+ years of hands-on experience in C++ application development.

Strong proficiency in C++, including STL containers and algorithms.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.

Experience with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20).

Strong knowledge of templating and dynamic polymorphism.

Familiarity with TCP/IP, UDP, and Multicast networking.

Experience with Linux-based development environments.

Experience with development best practices (unit testing, code reviews, CI/CD).

Desirable:

Experience handling real-time market data and order management systems.

Familiarity with FIX Protocol.

Experience with Python for scripting or tooling.

Exposure to low latency or high-frequency trading systems.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

8+ years of relevant work experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate and communicate the program artefacts.

Strong research and analytical abilities
