We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with strong expertise in industrial communication protocols and system integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing high-performance applications using C++, along with exposure to networking, communication protocols, Docker, and DevOps practices.
Mandatory Skills :
- 6+ years of experience in C++ development
- Strong knowledge of C++
- Good understanding of C# (preferred)
- Experience with industrial communication protocols :
1. DNP3
2. SNMP
3. IEC 61850
4. Modbus
- Experience with communication/file transfer protocols :
1. FTP, FTPS, SFTP, TFTP
2. HTTP
3. ASCII
4. YMODEM
5. XMODEM
- Experience with ODBC and database connectivity
- Hands-on experience with Docker
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience using protocol debugging tools such as Wireshark or tcpdump
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications.
- Develop and support industrial communication interfaces and protocol stacks.
- Implement and troubleshoot industrial communication and file transfer protocols.
- Develop ODBC drivers and database connectivity solutions.
- Perform protocol analysis, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
Good to Have :
- Experience with C#
- Exposure to SCADA, Industrial Automation, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
Preferred Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a 1520 days notice period will be preferred.
