Job Description : C Developer (Linux, Data Structures, Multithreading)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled C Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux-based development, a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, and hands-on experience with multithreaded programming. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance applications that run efficiently in distributed and resource-constrained environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications in C on Linux platforms.

- Implement efficient data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems.

- Develop and optimize multithreaded applications ensuring thread safety and performance.

- Debug, profile, and optimize code for scalability and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in C programming language.

- Solid experience with Linux/Unix environments (system calls, IPC, memory management).

- In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with multithreading, synchronization mechanisms, and concurrency control.

- Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., gdb, valgrind) and performance profiling.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with network programming (TCP/IP, sockets).

- Knowledge of real-time systems or embedded development.

- Exposure to distributed systems or high-performance computing.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
