Job Description :

- Design and deliver end to end software solutions.

- Heading development with expertise in C/C++ technologies.

- Overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of C/C++-based solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

- Responsible for application development, leadership, and delivering complex projects.

- Work closely with Operations, Infrastructure, and Security units.

- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and mentoring.

- Drive technical direction and architecture of real-time, mission-critical systems.

- Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively.

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

- Manage full development lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.

Functional Skills :

- Knowledge of financial markets and order management/trading systems.

- Experience in high-scale, high-speed IT systems and time-critical delivery.

- Strong knowledge of C, C++, Network programming, and Linux.

- Strong systems architecture insights.

- In-depth knowledge of delivery lifecycle, budgeting, planning, and people management.

- Excellent articulation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and risks.

- Experience with change management is a plus.
