TekPillar is seeking a talented C/C++ Developer with strong Telecom domain expertise to join our Bangalore engineering team. The ideal candidate will design and develop high-performance telecom applications, focusing on multithreaded programming, client-server systems, and network optimization for 4G/5G technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop multithreaded and concurrent programs to maximize system performance.

- Apply robust data structures and algorithms to address complex telecom challenges.

- Perform memory management, leak detection, and crash analysis for reliable systems.

- Manage thread synchronization across multiple system components.

- Build and maintain client-server communication modules.

- Follow industry best practices, design patterns, and clean code principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end development, testing, and

debugging solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and thread management.

- In-depth understanding of data structures and algorithms.

- Proven experience with memory optimization, crash debugging, and performance tuning.

- Familiarity with client-server architecture and communication protocols.

- Solid grasp of design patterns and clean coding standards.

- Mandatory Telecom domain experience 4G/5G, VoIP, IMS, RAN, or Core Network.
