Byteridge - Senior UX Designer - User-Centered Design

What will you need to be successful in this role?

- Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles

- Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, Product owners, PMs, and developers.

- Ability to create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.

- Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.

- Excellent communication skills to present work across different disciplines.

- Familiarity with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.

Good to have :

- Familiarity with the latest AI and Copilot technologies.

- Proven experience in creating functional prototypes

- Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams, including US-based teams in the evenings.

- Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other UX software.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.

- Bachelor's in Design (e.g., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience.

- A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively.
