We are looking for a Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for our platform.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile development principles, experience with relevant programming languages and frameworks.

The role requires strong expertise for hybrid mobile app that work across multiple platforms (like iOS and Android) using frameworks such as React Native including good understanding for React JS, HTML and CSS.

The candidate will work on projects within the NBFC domain and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Designing, building, and maintaining mobile applications, including coding, testing, and debugging.

- Building and maintaining mobile applications that function on both iOS and Android using a shared codebase

- Working with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, product managers) to define, design, and ship new features.

- Designing and implementing user interfaces that are intuitive and engaging, ensuring a positive user experience.

- Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks, optimizing code for speed and efficiency, and ensuring the app runs smoothly.

- Conducting thorough testing (unit tests, UI tests, etc.) to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring the application meets quality standards.

- Integrating mobile applications with backend services and APIs to enable functionality and data exchange.

- Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and addressing user feedback.

- Maintaining and updating existing applications, adding new features, and ensuring the app remains compatible with new operating system versions.

- Keeping up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development to improve the application and development process.

- Contributing to project planning, providing input on development timelines, and managing tasks related to mobile app development.

Required Technical Skills :

- Backend Development: Strong experience in React JS

- Frontend Development: Strong hands-on experience with React Native.

- API Development: Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Database Knowledge: Proficiency with relational or MySQL/PostgreSQL

- Version Control: Experience with Git and related tools.

- Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.

Good to Have :

- Prior experience working in the NBFC or BFSI domain.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS).

- Experience in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
