BXI Technologies - DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to join our technology team working on NBFC domain projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance infrastructure and automation solutions to support software development and production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for development and production environments.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

- Automate configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, deployment, and monitoring processes.

- Ensure system security by implementing best practices and regular audits.

- Support application deployments and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates).

- Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Cloud-native monitoring solutions.

- Good understanding of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.

- Version control using Git.

Good to Have :

- Experience in managing deployments for financial services (NBFC/BFSI domain).

- Knowledge of security frameworks and vulnerability scanning tools.

- Understanding of network protocols and firewalls.

- Experience with cost optimization for cloud resources.
