To achieve this, we are seeking a Senior Manager Business Systems & Process Automation who will architect, design, and operationalize our end-to-end systems ecosystem covering CRM, ERP, telephony, workflow automation, and business intelligence.
Role Summary :
As the Senior Manager, you will be the architect and custodian of BHIVEs enterprise systems that drive revenue operations, customer lifecycle management, finance workflows, and cross-functional process automation. This role requires a balance of business acumen, system architecture thinking, and hands-on implementation oversight.
You will :
- Translate business requirements into structured, scalable solution designs.
- Govern the business-facing roadmap while ensuring production reliability.
- Drive automation and standardization across departments.
- Build data-driven dashboards and ensure system integrity for decision-making.
This is a high-visibility role working closely with the COO, leadership team, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Solution Architecture :
- Design scalable solutions to map complex processes like contract lifecycle, customer onboarding, renewals, fitment, site visits, and payments.
- Define workflows, data models, user journeys, and integration logic for core applications.
- Develop BRDs, SOPs, test cases, UAT scenarios, and release notes ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
2. Process Automation & Standardization :
- Architect reusable automation workflows for lead routing, renewal reminders, payment alerts, and handover protocols.
- Integrate touchpoints via APIs, middleware, or no-code platforms (Zapier/Integromat).
- Standardize cross-functional handoffs to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
3. Systems Governance & Stakeholder Management :
- Act as the central interface between Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Projects, and the CEOs office.
- Drive structured governance using Jira/Confluence for documentation and change management.
- Facilitate UAT cycles, business sign-offs, and post-implementation reviews.
4. Dashboards & Business Intelligence :
- Own the Dashboard Catalogue, Data Dictionary, and System Metadata Repository.
- Partner with leadership to define actionable KPIs (occupancy, churn, revenue pipeline velocity).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for executive decision-making.
5. Application & Integration Ownership :
- MBA/PGDM in Business Systems, Technology Management, or Operations.
- Professional certifications: ScrumMaster / PMP / ITIL.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Apache Superset) and data modeling concepts.
- Exposure to PropTech, B2B SaaS, consulting, or managed workspace ecosystems.
