- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRDs, FSDs, User Stories).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage sprints, backlogs, and releases in Azure DevOps (or similar tools).

- Coordinate with internal and external teams for API integrations and system enhancements.

- Define and support UAT including test planning, execution, and validation.

- Act as the central point of contact between business, technical, and vendor teams.

- Manage product backlog, recommend process improvements, and maintain documentation.

What Were Looking For :

- Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 47 years of experience as a Business Analyst / BSA in IT or software environments.

- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).

- Proven ability to document requirements, define acceptance criteria and create test cases.

- Experience with UAT, stakeholder management, and API/system integrations.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
