Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with clients to deeply understand their business processes, objectives, and challenges, converting these insights into actionable integration and automation strategies on our Lighthouse platform.

- Recommend and integrate suitable SaaS solutions for CRM, accounting, and e-commerce to optimize client workflows.

- Utilize knowledge of process automation to design and implement effective solutions through Lighthouse.

- Oversee the project process end-to-end, from gathering business requirements and converting them into technical specifications to overseeing testing and ensuring thorough documentation.

- Develop detailed project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and implementation plans.

- Provide expertise in API usage, payload management, and JSON formatting for robust custom integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the successful delivery of projects from concept to execution and support.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- Demonstrated understanding of business processes with an ability to identify automation opportunities.

- Strong knowledge of SaaS products, especially in CRM, accounting, and e-commerce, with a capability to recommend and integrate these systems effectively.

- Solid foundation in process automation principles, ideally demonstrated through work with iPaaS platforms or similar technologies.

- Proficiency in API usage, understanding payloads, and working with JSON for custom integration purposes.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
