This position offers a temporary remote work mode, with the ability to work from our offices located in Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune as needed.

What You'll Do :

As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, your key responsibilities will include :

- Service Cloud Development : Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring they meet business requirements and best practices.

- Custom Development : Perform strong hands-on development with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create custom functionalities, integrations, and user interfaces.

- Declarative Automation : Utilize Flows, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers to automate complex business processes and workflows efficiently.

- Configuration Expertise : Leverage expertise in Salesforce configuration, including setting up workflows, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, to manage user access and data visibility.

- Analytics & Tracking : Work with analytics and tracking functionalities within Salesforce to provide insights and support reporting needs.

- CI/CD & Version Control : Actively participate in and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and version control practices, ensuring efficient and controlled deployments.

- Security & DevOps Best Practices : Apply working knowledge of Salesforce security and DevOps best practices to ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

- Code Reviews & Agile Collaboration : Participate actively in code reviews to maintain code quality and collaborate effectively within an Agile team environment.

- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Salesforce applications.

What You'll Bring :

Mandatory Skills :

- 6-8 years of overall experience in Salesforce development.

- 5+ years of relevant experience specifically with Salesforce development.

- Strong Salesforce Service Cloud development experience.

- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git) for continuous integration and deployment.

Required Skills & Responsibilities :

- Proven experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers.

- Expertise in Salesforce configuration (workflows, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).

- Familiarity with analytics and tracking within Salesforce.

- Direct experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Working knowledge of Salesforce security and DevOps best practices.

- Demonstrated participation in code reviews and Agile team collaboration.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
