About MARS Cosmetics :

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- AL Language Development : Design and implement custom extensions using AL language to enhance Business Central functionalities.

- Customization : Modify existing pages, tables, and reports to meet specific business needs.

- Integration : Integrate Business Central with third-party applications and services using APIs

and web services.

- Workflow Automation : Develop and configure workflows and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes.

Report Development & Analytics :

- Data Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Performance Optimization : Ensure reports are optimized for performance and scalability.

System Maintenance & Support :

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for custom solutions and report designs.

- Training : Provide training and support to end-users on custom functionalities and reports.

Qualifications & Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Experience with SQL Server and database management.

- Familiarity with Power BI, RDLC, and Word Layouts for report development.

- Knowledge of APIs and web services for system integration.

- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications : Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.

- Tools : Experience with Xrm Tool Box, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.

- Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile development practices.
