Role Overview :

Looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in asset/investment management, with a strong focus on performance attribution, benchmarking methodologies, and hands-on experience implementing or integrating BlackRocks Aladdin platform is a preferred one.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Performance, Risk, Data, and Investment teams to gather and document business and functional requirements.

- Lead initiatives related to performance measurement, attribution analysis, and benchmark integration across portfolios and strategies.

- Support Aladdin implementation projects, including data integration, configuration, and workflow optimization.

- Analyse and troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency of performance metrics.

- Develop and maintain documentation for methodologies, processes, and system configurations.

- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with QA teams to ensure solution quality.

- Provide training and support to end-users on performance tools and Aladdin modules.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the asset/investment management domain.

- Strong understanding of performance attribution and benchmarking concepts.

- Experience with Aladdin (especially Accounting and Performance modules) is highly preferred.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Familiarity with performance systems like FactSet, Morningstar, or Bloomberg PORT is a plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

- CFA or CIPM certification is a plus.
