Role Overview :

As a Business Analyst specializing in Performance Management, you will serve as the bridge between complex data ecosystems and strategic business decision-making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-performance Power BI dashboards and analytical models. Your primary focus will be to drive process improvements and monitor organizational KPIs, ensuring that leadership has the visibility needed to optimize performance and achieve long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive KPI dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business performance for executive leadership.

- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify bottlenecks in business processes and recommend actionable improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and functional data models.

- Perform rigorous performance tuning on existing reports and data models to ensure optimal load times and data accuracy across enterprise systems.

- Manage the end-to-end SDLC for business intelligence projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational quality standards.

- Collaborate with technical teams to refine SQL queries and data structures, ensuring robust data integrity for all performance management reporting.

- Facilitate the transition of legacy reporting systems to modern BI platforms to streamline data consumption across departments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, with a strong focus on data visualization best practices.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, combined with expert-level Excel skills for complex modeling and data validation.

- Proven ability to manage the full SDLC, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and user training.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate workshops and present performance metrics to senior management.

- A minimum of 7 to 13 years of professional experience in business analysis, performance management, or a related data-driven role.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Dubai, demonstrating adaptability to evolving business requirements and project priorities.
