Business Analysis :

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding eCommerce business processes, challenges, and Shopify platform constraints.

- Gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

- Provide demos and walkthroughs to stakeholders, showcasing how Shopify functionalities and customizations can meet business needs.

- Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.

- Assist clients in identifying KPIs, tracking metrics, and recommending process improvements.

Scrum Master Responsibilities :

- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).

- Coach and guide teams on Agile principles and best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.

- Identify and remove impediments that may affect project delivery.

- Track sprint progress, maintain project transparency, and report delivery status to stakeholders.

- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

Core Competencies :

- Strong experience in eCommerce projects preferably with hands-on exposure to Shopify Plus

- Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven experience as a Scrum Master.

- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical deliverables.

- Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions and demos.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make actionable recommendations.

Good to Have :

- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, Shopify Foundations, or equivalent.

- Understanding of unified commerce ecosystems and integrations.

- Experience in business user configurations and workflows within Shopify.

- Familiarity with user-centered analysis, wireframing, and evaluation techniques
