The role involves understanding procurement and sourcing processes, translating requirements into functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring the quality of deliverables through testing and support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business processes and procurement needs; translate them into effective SAP SRM solutions.

- Draft and validate functional specifications in collaboration with functional consultants and business key users.

- Review deliverables to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.

- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for evolutive deliverables.

- Assist L2 support teams in root cause analysis (RCA) for complex issues.

- Provide testing support for business and IT teams to ensure robust solutions.

- Coordinate with development and functional teams for change requests, requirement gathering, analysis, and solution proposals.

- Support L2/L3 ticket resolution and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Technical & Functional Skills :

Must Have :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).

- Strong understanding of Procurement and Sourcing processes.

- Experience in Self-Service Procurement, Plan-Driven Procurement, Shopping Carts, RFx & Auctions, and SRM Organizational Structure.

- Proficiency in functional testing, UAT support, and change request handling.

- Experience resolving L2/L3 tickets and familiarity with SLA-based support environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP Ariba, or other procurement platforms.

- Basic understanding of integration points between SAP SRM and other ERP modules.
