Business Analyst SAP Hybris Commerce

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Hybris to join a project starting 22nd September.

Immediate availability is required.

Position : Business Analyst SAP Hybris.

Shift : IST 3 PM 12 AM.

Location : Remote.

Role Type : Contract (Freelancing).

Role Overview :

The SAP Hybris eCommerce Business Analyst will drive the successful delivery of consulting engagements by working closely with client stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional delivery teams.

The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, modeling eCommerce processes, managing product data, defining test scripts, and ensuring high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct interviews (one-on-one or group) to gather functional, technical, and business requirements.

- Analyze and document eCommerce system requirements and business processes that are cost-effective and aligned with business goals.

- Provide guidance on Omni-channel topics including product catalog modeling, inventory management, B2B customer management, promotions, and cross-channel commerce.

- Develop user requirements, functional and technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams.

- Track, communicate, and manage changes in requirements, design, and priorities.

- Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve business or system issues.

- Collect, manipulate, and load product catalog data into the eCommerce system; identify data gaps.(Project dependent).

- Conduct system demonstrations and provide training to client business users.

- Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria to ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications :

- 2- 3 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP Hybris Commerce.

- Strong general IT business analysis experience in the eCommerce domain.

- Understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.

- Bachelors degree.

- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines independently.

- Experience with global service delivery models.

- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
