We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Analyst with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using tools like UiPath and/or Blue Prism. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and support the implementation of automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for automation.

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize processes suitable for automation using RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism).

- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process Design Documents (PDDs), and other documentation as needed.

- Facilitate and participate in process workshops with business units to understand current workflows.

- Collaborate with RPA developers and solution architects to design and validate automation solutions.

- Conduct feasibility analysis and impact assessments for new automation requests.

- Support testing efforts, including UAT planning and execution.

- Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

- Provide post-implementation support and assist in change management and training activities.
