Job Description : Business Analyst

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced RPA Business Analyst who can identify automation opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into effective automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong process-mapping skills, hands-on understanding of RPA tools, and solid domain knowledge (preferably Banking/Finance).

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, assess, and document automation opportunities across business processes.

- Conduct detailed process walkthroughs and discussions with SMEs to understand workflows and pain points.

- Create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) outlining the current state, future state, and automation logic.

- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical/RPA development teams to ensure smooth implementation.

- Validate and assess business cases, including ROI, effort estimation, cost savings, and feasibility.

- Develop accurate process maps using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.

- Work with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere at a functional level.

- Manage documentation, maintain project artefacts, and ensure stakeholder alignment

throughout the automation lifecycle.

- Provide insights based on strong domain knowledge, with preference for Banking or Financial

Services.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in process mapping and workflow documentation.

- Functional knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Domain knowledge in Banking/Finance (preferred).
