Position Summary :
As an RPA Business Analyst, you will act as the vital link between our business operations and the technical automation team. With over 5 years of specialized experience, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and validating automation opportunities. You will lead the charge in defining the "as-is" and "to-be" processes, ensuring that every automation project delivers a clear ROI and aligns with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Discovery & Analysis : Identify and prioritize business processes ripe for automation. Conduct deep-dive sessions to capture detailed process requirements.
- Documentation : Create high-quality Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) in collaboration with developers.
- Business Case Development : Calculate ROI, feasibility, and potential risks to build compelling business cases for automation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management : Present findings and project updates to senior leadership and technical teams using outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Project Leadership : Manage multiple RPA projects simultaneously and independently, ensuring timely delivery across Agile, Waterfall, or Lean environments.
- Standardization : Establish and maintain process assets, frameworks, and best practices for large-scale automation teams.
- UAT Oversight : Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the automated solution meets the defined business requirements and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Business Analyst specifically within the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) domain.
- Methodologies : Expert knowledge of various development lifecycles, including Agile, Lean Product Development, and Waterfall.
- Tooling Knowledge : Strong understanding of leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere) and their capabilities.
- Analytical Rigor : A data-driven mindset with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex business logic.
- Process Modeling : Expertise in Business Process Modeling (BPM) and mapping tools.
- Soft Skills : Excellent organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
