We are seeking a Business Analyst for AI Automation, Robotics Process Automation and Low Code Solutions.
The role involves identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements and ensuring successful delivery of AI & Process Automation solutions that align with business objectives.
Location : Mumbai (Work from office)
Key Requirements :
Requirement Gathering & Analysis :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Document current business processes (As-Is) and define future state processes (To-Be).
- Conduct feasibility analysis for automation initiatives
Process Documentation :
- Create detailed Business Requirement Document, understand process inefficiencies, and potential business benefits
- Create detailed Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and other artifacts.
- Map workflows, decision points, and exception handling scenarios.
Solution Development and Validation :
- Work with the development team to develop the solution based on PDD
- Support development teams during build and testing phases.
- Validate automated processes against business requirements.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off.
Continuous Improvement :
- Identify opportunities for process optimization beyond automation.
- Contribute to AI & RPA governance, standards, and best practices.
Skills & Competencies :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AI & RPA projects.
- Hands on project experience of Power Automate RPA tool
- Experience of full lifecycle projects with Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Power BI
- Experience in Python and Python AI models
- Define measurable KPI success criteria project
- Excellent documentation and process mapping skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience to Intelligent Automation (OCR, AI/ML integration).
