Business Analyst - R/Python

Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in SQL (mandatory)

- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis

- Experience with BI tools (Metabase / Power BI / Looker)

- Experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)

- Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing

Domain & Functional Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in data analytics / business analytics

- Experience in fintech / payments / banking / digital products preferred

- Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, and product analytics

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and storytelling ability

- Ability to work with cross-functional global teams (India + UAE)

- Problem-solving mindset with business-first thinking
