Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Project Ownership : Take full ownership of analytics projects, driving them from initial business problem translation and requirement gathering through data preparation, rigorous analysis, and final insight delivery.

- Data Analysis & Reporting : Conduct comprehensive reporting and hands-on advanced analytics, including exploratory data analysis, market segmentation, regression modeling, and other statistical techniques to uncover trends and performance drivers.

- Stakeholder Management : Effectively collaborate with and manage global stakeholders across different functions, clearly communicating project status, methodology, and delivering compelling data-driven recommendations.

- Tool Utilization : Utilize a robust set of tools for data manipulation, visualization, and presentation, ensuring high-quality and impactful deliverables.

- Insight Generation : Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and persuasive business insights that inform strategic decisions and drive measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience : 34 years of strong, hands-on experience in business analytics, reporting, and advanced analytical techniques (e.g., exploratory analysis, segmentation, regression).

- Technical Proficiency (Must Have) : Expert working knowledge of the following tools :

- SQL (for data extraction and manipulation).

- Python (for statistical analysis and automation).

- Tableau (or similar advanced data visualization tools).

- Google Sheets / Excel (for detailed data modeling and manipulation).

- PowerPoint (for creating executive-level presentations).

- Project Management : Proven ability to manage the entire lifecycle of an analytics projectfrom framing the problem to presenting final, actionable insights.

- Communication : Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to articulate complex data narratives to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Stakeholder Acumen : Strong skills in managing and influencing global stakeholders.
