Responsibilities :
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive improvements in supply chain processes through data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in analysing business requirements and translating them into Analytics projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful conversion of requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting business processes and recommend corrective actions or process improvements to resolve issues
- Actively participate in meetings and discussions with client teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
- Perform hands-on data analysis using Excel/ SQL/ Power BI.
Technical Skills :
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis to identify issues impacting supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, lean manufacturing to recommend corrective actions and process enhancements.
- Basic understanding of databases and ETL processes to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proficiency to use tools like Excel, Process mapping tools etc
- Familiar with tools like Power BI/ Tableau.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Critical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with Agile projects is an advantage
