Business Analyst - Netsuite ERP

Role : Business Analyst - NetSuite / Enterprise

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days WFH)

About the Role :

We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong NetSuite ERP experience to support and optimize core enterprise processes across operations and finance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with business & tech teams to gather, analyse and document requirements.

- Map and improve processes across Order Management, Purchasing, Warehouse/Inventory, Billing, AP/AR and A- Configure NetSuite (workflows, fields, forms, approvals, reports) to align with business needs.

- Support NetSuite enhancements, testing, UAT and go-live.

- Prepare functional specs, process documents and user guides.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with NetSuite ERP.

- Hands-on exposure to order management, purchasing, inventory, billing, AP/AR and accounting processes.

- Strong NetSuite configuration skills (not just reporting).

- Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

- Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
