Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse, review, and evaluate business systems and user needs across the loan life cycle (origination, management, servicing, and collections).
- Translate BRD into FSD, ensuring clear documentation of requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis (AS-IS vs TO-BE), and design automated solutions.
- Develop process flows, wireframes, dashboards, and reports, while maintaining detailed project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, stakeholders, project managers) to ensure solution delivery.
- Perform impact analysis, functional testing, SIT & UAT, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Conduct validation sessions with stakeholders and obtain sign-offs.
- Prepare and share weekly status reports with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Education : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience : 23 years as a Business Analyst in the NBFC sector, with strong understanding of LOS & LMS processes.
- Exposure to CRM and HRMS platforms will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies :
Technical Skills :
- Good knowledge of .Net applications, AngularJS, MS SQL Server (with SQL querying).
- Hands-on experience with API integration and Postman testing.
- Familiarity with change management tools.
