Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with ITSM tools expertise to support requirements gathering, user story creation, testing, and ITSM ticketing migrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze ITSM requirements from stakeholders

- Convert business requirements into user stories for development teams

- Support test case preparation, execution, and UAT

- Work with customers during ITSM ticketing system migration and testing

- Provide functional expertise on Cherwell or Ivanti platforms

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM environments

- Hands-on experience with Cherwell or Ivanti

- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation & user story creation

- Experience in testing support/UAT coordination

- Good communication & stakeholder management skills.
