Business Analyst - Guidewire

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to Guidewire implementations and enhancements.

- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project scope and objectives.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows aligned with Guidewire modules.

- Provide subject matter expertise on AS400 and IBM DB2 platforms in support of integration and data management activities.

- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking in collaboration with QA teams.

- Assist in gap analysis, process improvement, and change management initiatives.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and Agile ceremonies as required.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire Insurance Suite projects.

- Proficient in AS400 systems and IBM DB2 database management.

- Deep understanding of insurance domain business processes and Guidewire functionalities.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Guidewire or Business Analysis is a plus.

- Exposure to other databases and middleware technologies is desirable.
