Job Description :

As a Systems Analyst, the right candidate will be part of the Commercial Bank CRM team delivering Dynamics CRM solutions and design the requirements.

The primary responsibility will be towards the requirement gathering and analysis of the requirement and perform fit-gap analysis of the requirements for Microsoft Dynamics enabled projects and initiatives being used by our commercial banking teams.

The engineer will be responsible for all software aspects including research, design, technology insertion, testing and sustainment.

The role will be focusing on developing the solutions working closely with partner resources and systems analysts.

This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, gathering requirements, configuring the system, and ensuring its effective use.

Primary responsibilities would be :

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives related to customer relationship management.

- Process Analysis and Optimization : Analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions leveraging Dynamics 365.

- Solution Design : Working with technical and functional teams to design CRM solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations.

- Documentation : Creating and maintaining documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.

- Testing : Participating in system testing, user acceptance testing.

- User Support : Providing support to users on the Dynamics 365 system, including troubleshooting issues and providing training.

Requirements :


- A bachelors degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related engineering discipline.

- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience on software engineering.

- Ability to analyze and trouble shoot production issues.

- Experience with Agile methodology.

- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online latest version.

- Experience in technical and functional documentation of the processes.

- Proficient with sales and service modules of CRM.

- Proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.

- Experience with configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, including using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and identify solutions.
