Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to spearhead the evolution of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Order Management ecosystems within the telecom vertical. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our product offerings are seamlessly translated into scalable system configurations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, engineering teams, and global business units, to streamline the quote-to-cash lifecycle. By driving process optimization and system architecture improvements, you will directly influence revenue realization, reduce order fallout, and enhance the overall customer experience for our enterprise telecom clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate intricate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for CPQ and Order Management systems to ensure technical teams deliver solutions that align with strategic business goals.

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with diverse stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and design automated workflows that accelerate the sales cycle.

- Partner with engineering and development teams to oversee the end-to-end implementation of system enhancements, ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous user acceptance testing.

- Analyze complex telecom product catalogs and pricing structures to configure robust CPQ models that support dynamic bundling and promotional strategies.

- Provide expert guidance on system integration strategies between CRM, CPQ, and downstream billing platforms to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and managing CPQ and Order Management solutions specifically within the telecommunications industry, with a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.

- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business strategy, utilizing strong analytical skills to solve high-impact operational challenges.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a track record of influencing senior leadership and aligning cross-functional teams toward common objectives.

- Strong proficiency in documenting business processes and functional requirements, ensuring clarity for developers and transparency for business owners.

- High degree of self-motivation and discipline required to thrive in a fully remote environment, maintaining productivity and collaboration across distributed global teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 15 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis and systems consulting.
