Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Understand and map clinical workflows, healthcare processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis sessions.

- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.

- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development and QA teams.

- Support implementation of clinical applications, healthcare platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Analyze system gaps, process inefficiencies, and recommend improvement opportunities.

- Work closely with QA teams during test planning, UAT, and validation activities.

- Assist in change management, training documentation, and end-user support.

- Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for project and business updates.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the clinical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences domain.

- Strong understanding of clinical operations, clinical trials, healthcare systems, or patient management workflows.

- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.

- Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, GxP, ICD, HL7, or related compliance frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, or other business analysis tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.

- Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and stakeholder management.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Exposure to EDC, CTMS, EMR/EHR, Pharmacovigilance, or clinical data management systems.

- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or healthcare analytics platforms is an advantage.

- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is preferred.

- Experience working with global healthcare or pharmaceutical organizations.

- Familiarity with digital health technologies and healthcare transformation initiatives.
