We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team and drive next-gen campaign initiatives.

The role involves building, enhancing, and optimizing campaign flows across data platforms to support business growth.

You'll work closely with stakeholders, leveraging modern data tech stacks to ensure campaigns run seamlessly and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities :

- Design, run, and optimize campaigns across the retail asset/cards domain.

- Collaborate with business teams to address data issues and provide effective resolutions.

- Implement monitoring frameworks and campaign rules for better governance.

- Work with modern data stacks (Cloudera, AWS, Spark, PySpark, Python) for campaign execution.

- Support ad-hoc campaign analytics and business tracking.

Success in this Role Means :

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or campaign execution (Banking domain preferred).

- Strong understanding of data management practices, data quality frameworks, and data lakes/cloud solutions.

- Hands-on with Python/PySpark and large-scale data platforms.

- Problem-solver with the ability to work across teams and manage change.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline.

- Professional certifications (CA or equivalent) are a plus
