We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the banking or lending domain. You will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure compliance with lending regulations. This role demands strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Ensure alignment with lending compliance, regulatory, and risk management frameworks.

- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication.

- Support Agile delivery by working with Jira / Azure DevOps and driving backlog prioritization.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 9- 10 years of Business Analyst experience in banking or lending.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in designing workflows.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.

- Deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in lending.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
