Job Title : Business Analyst - ADM (Application Development & Maintenance)

Location : Pune / Bangalore

Experience Required : 5 - 7 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories

- Work closely with development, operations, and business stakeholders

- Understand application deployment processes and monitoring environments

- Support monitoring and observability initiatives using tools such as Dynatrace and Moogsoft

- Work in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence

- Prepare and maintain documentation including BRD, FRD, and user stories

- Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams

- Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and review meetings

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments

- Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering

- Understanding of application deployment and monitoring processes

- Familiarity with Dynatrace, Moogsoft, or similar monitoring tools

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence

- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Skills Preferred :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Knowledge of observability principles and event-driven architectures

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
