Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid technical background to drive complex, high-priority projects to successful completion. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement across the full project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities :


Business Analysis & Requirements Management :


- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.


- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.


- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.


- Manage scope, prioritize requirements, and handle change requests effectively.


Technical & Functional Collaboration :


- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.


- Understand system architecture, integrations, APIs, and data flows to support solution design.


- Participate in solution design discussions and provide inputs on feasibility, risks, and dependencies.


- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.


Project & Stakeholder Management :


- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.


- Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.


- Identify risks and issues proactively and drive mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.


- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.


- Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes.


- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in business analysis and delivery.


- Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall as appropriate.


- Continuously improve processes, documentation standards, and delivery efficiency.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.


Technical Skills :


- Experience working with technical teams on software development projects.


- Understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and databases.


- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, use cases, and wireframes.


- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and basic SQL is a plus.


- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Balsamiq, Figma, or similar.


Methodologies & Tools :


- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.


- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint ceremonies.


- Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.


Soft Skills :


- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.


- Ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common goals.


- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.


- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.


Educational Qualification :


Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
