Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.

- Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for the development team.

- Create process and data flow diagrams to visualize and communicate complex business processes.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira.

- Translate business needs into functional requirements for the development team.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the delivered software meets the business requirements.

- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in business analysis.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Proven experience in creating and managing user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications.

- In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with design teams to define user experiences.

- Expertise in business process modeling, process analysis, and solution design.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Exposure to project management tools and techniques is a plus.
