- Track clinical outcomes (mortality ratios, infection rates, ALOS) to support NABH/JCI accreditation.

- Analyze doctor-wise contributions and identify bottlenecks in patient Turnaround Time (TAT).

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).

- MBA (IIM or reputed institution), M.Stat, or Engineering degree with a Data Science focus.

Experience :

- 5+ years in Business Analytics. Healthcare or Hospital industry experience is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills :

- Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros) is mandatory. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and familiarity with HIS/ERP structures. (SQL is preferred but not mandatory).
