Description :
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for software products.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Ensure requirements are traceable throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, user needs, and product gaps.
- Share market insights and recommendations with product and leadership teams to support product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support informed decision-making.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support UX/UI teams by creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes where required.
- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Clearly communicate project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies to all relevant parties.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and UAT to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software product development or SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
Technical & Functional Skills :
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with business analysis and collaboration tools, including :
1. JIRA, Confluence Requirement tracking and documentation
2. Draw.io User flows and process diagrams
3. Balsamiq Low-fidelity wireframes
4. Figma / Adobe XD UI collaboration and design reviews
