- To evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- To lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

- To stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

- To conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

- To perform requirements analysis.

- To document and communicating the results of your efforts.

- To gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

- To work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

- To manage projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

- To serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

- To manage competing resources and priorities.

- To monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

Education : B.TECH, M.TECH, MCA, BCA, MBA


Specialized Knowledge : Documentation Skills, Presentation Skills, Adv. Excel

Skill Set (Must) : Fundamental Analytical Skills, Project Knowledge, Analysis
