- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in investment banking, specifically in securities settlement and confirmation.

- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, including trade capture, matching, confirmation, and settlement across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).

- Familiarity with industry platforms and standards (e.g., SWIFT, DTCC, Omgeo CTM, Euroclear, Clearstream).

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product roadmap for securities settlement and confirmation platforms.

- Collaborate with operations, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features.

- Lead the development and enhancement of post-trade processing systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., T+1, CSDR, DTCC, SWIFT).

- Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.

- Drive automation and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

- Conduct UAT planning, execution, and sign-off in coordination with QA and business users.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for securities lifecycle events, trade matching, settlement instructions, and reconciliation processes
