Job Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in the General Insurance (Property & Casualty) domain.

This role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and bridging the gap between business and technology.

The ideal candidate should be adept at SQL, API integration, solution design, and database architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with development teams to design end-to-end techno-functional solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.

- Lead API integration efforts to ensure seamless data exchange between insurance systems.

- Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency and automation enhancements.

- Act as a liaison between business teams, product managers, and developers to ensure

alignment and smooth execution.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test cases, validating outputs, and ensuring readiness for deployment.

- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, and process flow documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in SQL queries and database management.

- Proven track record of API integration and system interoperability.

- Solid knowledge of solution design and database architecture.

- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, and process flows.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated stability, with at least 3 years of experience in one company.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Exposure to microservices and cloud-based architectures.

- Experience in insurance product digitalization or core system transformation.

- Knowledge of automation tools or frameworks for insurance processes.
