Job Description :
Requirement Gathering & Analysis :
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and clearly document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather detailed business needs and pain points.
Documentation & Specification :
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Create wireframes, workflows, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation as needed.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Collaboration :
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and resource planning.
Process Improvement & Gap Analysis :
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose improvements or automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and improvement plans.
Testing & Validation :
- Define UAT scenarios, create test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business users.
- Support testing efforts to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
Product Rollout & Support :
- Participate in product deployment planning and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide training materials, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
Reporting & Presentations :
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
