Job Title : Business Analyst

About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience, proficient in Arabic (written and spoken). The candidate will be responsible for bridging business needs with technology solutions, analyzing processes, and supporting the implementation of projects to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.

- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.

- Conduct gap analysis, identify opportunities for process improvements, and propose effective solutions.

- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.

- Support testing, UAT, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.

- Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users.

Key Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software or related domain.

- Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret data to support decision-making.

- Proficiency in Arabic (writing and speaking) along with strong English communication skills.

- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

- Hands-on experience with tools like MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

- Exposure to IT/Software Development projects.
