We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Supply Chain) to partner with business and technical teams, drive process improvements, and support digital initiatives.
The role requires strong analytical skills, supply chain domain expertise, and proficiency in SQL, Jira, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements (BRD, FRD, workflows).

- Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify improvements.

- Perform data analysis using SQL; extract/manage data from ERP, ETL, Excel, databases.

- Work in Agile environment, manage requirements in Jira, prepare user stories.

- Support UAT, BST, and solution testing.

- Build/test reports & dashboards in Power BI/Tableau.

- Track supply chain KPIs (delivery, stock turnover, lead times, etc.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong Supply Chain domain knowledge.

- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.

- Experience with Agile & Jira.

- Strong documentation & stakeholder communication.

- Knowledge of data modeling concepts.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to Supply/Demand Planning, Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing, QMS.

- Hands-on Power BI reporting.

- Knowledge of ERP/SCM systems (SAP/Oracle).

- Familiarity with SDLC & business process modeling
