In this position, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, you will ensure that business needs are effectively met through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

- Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, and process mapping.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with various stakeholders.

- Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and analytical tools.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
