Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 57 years of experience to join our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Functional Documentation, with practical exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS), Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), or Real Estate Data Foundation Programs. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements.

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

- Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation in CRE functions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions within IWMS, BMS, or real estate data platforms.

- Assist in the creation and refinement of process documentation, SOPs, and dashboards.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support real estate data quality initiatives.

- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements where necessary.

- Support change management activities and user training sessions.

- Conduct market or industry analysis related to real estate operations and technologies.

- Provide support for project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Facilities/Real Estate Management domain.

- Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation (BRD, FRD).

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience with IWMS platforms, BMS systems, or enterprise real estate data platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
