Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements

- Create clear and concise documentation: BRDs, FSDs, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows

- Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and propose solution recommendations

- Support system implementation, UAT planning, and user acceptance testing

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA testers, and developers to ensure the business needs are translated into technical outcomes

- Assist in prioritizing features and creating product backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation

- Coordinate across teams to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations

- 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / BFSI / Consulting / Tech environment

- Proficient in creating BRDs, FSDs, UAT scripts, and working with wireframes/mockups Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and project delivery lifecycle

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel

- Ability to liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, E-commerce, or FinTech

- Knowledge of data analysis, SQL basics, or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)

- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum is a plus
