Job Title : Application/Software Product Support Engineer


Job Summary : We are seeking a Build Engineer & Release Coordinator with hands-on experience in managing build systems and orchestrating software releases across multiple environments. You will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, and version control tools like Git and Bitbucket, ensuring stable, reliable, and repeatable build and release processes.


Required Skills :


- 4+ years of experience in build engineering and release management roles.

- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or similar.

- Proficiency in version control systems : Git, Bitbucket, or SVN.

- Scripting experience with Shell, Python, or Groovy for automation tasks


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and Jenkins.

- Manage and optimize build processes for a range of software applications and services.

- Coordinate release activities across dev, QA, staging, and production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product management) to align on release timelines and deliverables.

- Ensure accurate and timely deployment of code, patches, and configuration changes.

- Administer source control systems (Git, Bitbucket, or SVN), including branching strategies, tagging, and merge processes.

- Document build and release processes, tools, and configurations for ongoing support and training.

- Troubleshoot and resolve build, merge, and deployment issues promptly.

- Implement best practices in software versioning, build artifact management, and release automation.


Nice to Have : Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
